The beautiful decorations that are put on display on the walls of Saaransh Foundation, are all conceived and designed by Mrs Nirupama Pandey. With the help of her team members and her students, she breathes life into the walls and the corridors, turning the classrooms into a wonderland.

She has a qualification to teach children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), an advanced diploma in Autism and another diploma in Teaching children with ADHD. In addition to her teaching qualifications, Mrs Pandey holds a master's degree in Geography. She is exceptionally skilled in managing difficult behaviour. Her unparalleled creativity makes Mrs Pandey an invaluable part of Team Saaransh.
