Children’s Day is celebrated in our country each year on November 14th, as a tribute to our First Prime Minister Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru, who was born on the same date in the year 1889. He always said that as children are the future of the nation they should be nurtured carefully. He had an unconditional and never ending love for kids and hence is fondly known as “Chacha Nehru” among children.

Which better day one can have, other than the Children’s Day, to celebrate childhood! Yes, this is the day when the hidden and suppressed child within our heart gets a chance to come out, stretch a bit and spread its wings. No matter how old we get, a part of us will always remain childish and we will always long to relive a moment or two of our childhood. So why shouldn’t we just let our children live theirs fully right now and make memories for life time.

We, at Saaransh foundation, Made sure that our kids had utmost fun on the day which is dedicated to them. The children were greeted with warm hugs and colourful corridors which were decorated with balloons and funny cut outs to make them feel special on their special day. They enjoyed sharing yummilicious food with each other and had fun dancing on and singing along their favorite songs. They also had gala time watching videos of their previous performances.
