At Saaransh Foundation, my vision is to take Saaransh to a truly global stage — not just as a school, but as a movement.

I envision Saaransh becoming a centre of excellence and a training hub for inclusive education, empowering other schools and institutions to adopt inclusive practices with confidence and competence. Every child, regardless of ability, deserves access to quality education, dignity, and opportunity. Through structured training, collaboration, and innovation, Saaransh can help bridge the gap between intention and implementation in inclusive learning environments.

A core part of my vision is to reduce the gap between the capability and employability of specially-abled students. I strongly believe that ability must never be underestimated — it only needs the right platform and tools to flourish. By integrating AI-based skill development and adaptive training, we aim to equip our students with future-ready competencies that align with evolving industry needs.

Ultimately, I aspire to establish an AI-assisted Employment Hub — first at a local level, and then expanding nationally and globally — that connects specially-abled individuals with meaningful employment opportunities. This hub will not only provide training but also create pathways to dignified livelihoods, ensuring that inclusion extends beyond classrooms and into workplaces.

Saaransh is not just about education — it is about empowerment, independence, and creating a world where inclusion is the norm, not the exception.
