Event : Basant Panchami
Date : 30.01.2020
Venue : Saaransh Foundation
Basant Panchami, also known as Vasant Panchami is celebrated in reverence to the Hindu deity Goddess Saraswati, epitome of learning, music and art. People of India celebrate this day by visiting temples and donating to the needy.
To celebrate this festival, the students of Saaransh Foundation held a special gathering. It started with a special dance performance on Saraswati Vandana by our highly talented students, followed by a divine rendition of shlokas, celebrating the harvest season of Hindu festival. The spring of joy took over when the Goddess Saraswati was worshiped by offering spring flowers by our respected Director Madam Ms. Rani Chaudhary, beloved students and all the staff members.
All the students had fun learning the devotional facts behind this day and were also motivated to be progressive learners. They all enjoyed taking part in many activities related to this day. Our amazingly talented students of class Tagore contributed in decorating their class by making paper flowers and students of class Pahchan painted a beautiful “veena” and made a very pretty and colourful rangoli. The celebration went on for a long time and at the end, everyone could see happy faces all around the campus.
